## Available plans

Sonara offers four plans to fit teams of every size:

### Free

**\$0/month**

* 1 agent
* Test mode only
* \$5 welcome credit
* Basic voice: \$0.12/min
* Premium voice: \$0.15/min

### Basic

**\$9/month**

* 5 agents
* 2 knowledge bases
* Widgets and demo links
* Export widgets
* Basic voice: \$0.11/min
* Premium voice: \$0.14/min

### Pro

**\$29/month**

* Unlimited agents
* Unlimited knowledge bases
* Phone numbers
* Scheduled and batch calls
* Channel deployments
* Post-call analysis
* API access
* Basic voice: \$0.10/min
* Premium voice: \$0.13/min

### Enterprise

**Custom pricing**

* Everything in Pro
* Volume discounts
* Dedicated support
* Custom security and compliance
* SLA guarantees

## Voice pricing

All plans use a pay-per-minute model for voice calls. There are two tiers:

| Tier              | Description                  | Includes                      |
| ----------------- | ---------------------------- | ----------------------------- |
| **Basic voice**   | Standard quality voices      | OpenAI, Google, Sarvam voices |
| **Premium voice** | Higher quality, more natural | Cartesia, ElevenLabs voices   |

Chat messages are billed separately at a per-message rate.

## Upgrading your plan

    From the dashboard sidebar, click **Billing**.

    Click the plan you want to upgrade to.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Complete checkout">
    You'll be redirected to the checkout page to complete the upgrade. Your new plan takes effect immediately.

## Downgrading

You can downgrade to a lower plan at any time. Your current features will remain active until the end of your billing period, then the lower plan limits will apply.

## Canceling

To cancel your subscription:

1. Go to **Billing**
2. Click **Cancel Subscription**
3. Confirm the cancellation

When you cancel:

* All your data (agents, knowledge bases, phone numbers) is preserved
* Your remaining wallet balance is kept
* You can reactivate anytime
