Create a new agent
Navigate to Agents
From the dashboard sidebar, click Agents. You’ll see a list of all your existing agents.
Fill in agent details
In the creation dialog, provide:
- Name - A descriptive name for your agent (e.g., “Customer Support”, “Sales Qualifier”)
- Description - A brief summary of what this agent does
Configure your agent
You’ll be taken to the agent configuration page. From here, you can set up:
- Instructions - System prompt and welcome message
- Voice - Voice provider and selection
- LLM - Language model settings
- Tools - Built-in and custom functions
- And more
Agent details
Once created, each agent has:- Agent ID - A unique identifier, auto-generated and copyable. Use this for API calls and integrations.
- Name - Editable at any time from the agent settings.
- Status - Shows whether the agent is published and ready for deployment.
Managing agents
From the Agents list page, you can:- Search agents by name
- Click an agent to open its configuration
- Delete an agent (this action is permanent)
