Wallet balance
Your wallet balance is displayed on the Billing page. It shows how many credits you have available for voice calls and chat messages.
The balance is color-coded:
- Green - Healthy balance
- Orange - Low balance (consider topping up)
- Red - Depleted (calls will not work until you add credits)
Adding credits
Go to Billing
Navigate to Billing in the sidebar.
Enter amount
In the Add Credits section, enter the amount you want to add (minimum $5).
Complete payment
Click Add Credits and complete the checkout. Credits are added to your wallet immediately.
How credits are used
Credits are deducted based on usage:

| Basic voice | Per-minute rate based on your plan |
| Premium voice | Per-minute rate based on your plan (slightly higher) |
| Chat messages | Per-message rate |
Rates vary by plan - higher-tier plans get lower per-minute rates. See Plans & Pricing for specific rates.
Welcome credits
New accounts receive $5 in welcome credits on the Free plan. These credits let you test your agents before committing to a paid plan.
Transaction history
The Billing page shows your recent transactions:

| Welcome credit | Initial $5 signup bonus |
| Top-up | Manual credit addition |
| Usage debit | Credits consumed by voice calls or chat |
Each transaction shows the amount (positive for credits, negative for usage) and timestamp.
When your wallet balance reaches zero, your agents will not be able to make or receive calls. Make sure to keep your balance topped up or enable auto-recharge.
