Voice pricing
All plans use a pay-per-minute model for voice calls. There are two tiers:| Tier | Description | Includes |

Upgrading your plan
Downgrading
You can downgrade to a lower plan at any time. Your current features will remain active until the end of your billing period, then the lower plan limits will apply.Canceling
To cancel your subscription:- Go to Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm the cancellation
- All your data (agents, knowledge bases, phone numbers) is preserved
- Your remaining wallet balance is kept
- You can reactivate anytime
