Provisioning a phone number
Select a number
Browse available phone numbers and select one. The cost for each number is displayed.
Assign agents
Configure the agents for this number:
- Inbound agent - The agent that handles incoming calls to this number
- Outbound agent - The agent used when making outbound calls from this number
Managing phone numbers
Updating agent assignments
You can change which agents are assigned to a phone number at any time:- Click on the phone number to open its details
- Update the inbound or outbound agent assignment
- Click Save
Viewing call logs
Click on a phone number to see its recent call history, including:- Call direction (inbound/outbound)
- Duration
- Timestamp
- Status
