Scheduling calls

Schedule outbound calls in advance so your agent calls contacts at a specific time.

Viewing scheduled calls

Navigate to Conversations and select the Upcoming Calls tab. You’ll see:
  • Calendar view - A visual calendar showing scheduled calls by date
  • Table view - A list of all upcoming calls with details

Scheduling a new call

Click Schedule Call

From the Upcoming Calls tab, click Schedule Call.

Configure the call

Provide:
  • Agent - Which agent should make the call
  • Phone number - The outbound number to call from
  • Recipient number - The number to call
  • Scheduled time - When the call should be made

Save

Click Save to schedule the call. It will appear in your calendar and upcoming calls list.

Importing calls from CSV

For scheduling multiple calls at once, use the Import CSV feature:
  1. Click Import on the Upcoming Calls page
  2. Upload a CSV file with columns for phone number, scheduled time, and any session variables
  3. Review the imported calls
  4. Confirm to schedule all calls
Scheduled calls require a provisioned phone number and a published agent. Available on the Pro plan and above.
