Create a knowledge base
Enter details
Provide:
- Name (required) - A descriptive name (e.g., “Product Documentation”, “FAQ”, “Company Policies”)
- Description (optional) - A brief summary of what this KB contains
Start adding documents
Once created, you can immediately start adding documents.
Managing knowledge bases
Viewing your KBs
The Knowledge Base page shows a sidebar listing all your knowledge bases. Click any KB to see its documents and details:- Document count
- Processing status of each document
- Last updated timestamp
