Create a knowledge base

Navigate to Knowledge Base

From the dashboard sidebar, click Knowledge Base.

Click Create

Click the Create Knowledge Base button.

Enter details

Provide:
  • Name (required) - A descriptive name (e.g., “Product Documentation”, “FAQ”, “Company Policies”)
  • Description (optional) - A brief summary of what this KB contains

Start adding documents

Once created, you can immediately start adding documents.

Managing knowledge bases

Viewing your KBs

The Knowledge Base page shows a sidebar listing all your knowledge bases. Click any KB to see its documents and details:
  • Document count
  • Processing status of each document
  • Last updated timestamp

Refreshing documents

Click the Refresh button to reload the document list and check for updated processing statuses.

Deleting a knowledge base

Click the Delete button on a knowledge base to remove it. This permanently deletes the KB and all its documents.
Deleting a knowledge base also removes it from any agents it was linked to. Those agents will no longer have access to the deleted content.
