Workspaces
Every Sonara account operates within a workspace. Workspaces let you collaborate with your team - sharing agents, knowledge bases, phone numbers, and other resources.Team roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access. Can manage billing, delete workspace, and manage all members. One per workspace. |
| Admin | Can manage agents, knowledge bases, phone numbers, and invite/remove members. Cannot manage billing or delete workspace. |
| Member | Can view and use agents, make calls, and access analytics. Cannot manage settings or invite others. |

The Team Members tab shows:- Member name and email
- Role (with color-coded badge)
- Status (active or pending)
Pending invitations
Invitations that haven’t been accepted yet appear in the Pending Invitations section, showing:- Invited email
- Assigned role
- Expiration date
